Pack Your Device
Securely place the Narwal robot and all original accessories, including the base station and cleaning modules, into the original manufacturer packaging.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location for transport to our regional inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
